#12 Repeating date queries don't match

When getting the count of repeating records, NewtSync appears to be
getting only those dates which start within the past 60 days (or
whatever the pref is set to). However, when performing the actual
sync it queries for all records. So the progress bar gets above 100%
(record x+1 of x) and an uncaught exception causes the sync to stall.
