#10 NNTP error 400
My newsserver only allows 3 connections (not 3
downloads), so I say to NG to allow no more than 3
connections. However the server still reports an NNTP
error 400 ("too many connections") sometimes, but
especially when deleting an article that's already being
downloaded. It seems that NG does not always close a
connection according to the NNTP specs.

I must also add that when this error occurs, NG skips the
article completely, like it's an error that applies to that specific
article. When an error like "too many connections" occurs, NG
should just try the article again, because it's not an article
error.
