When selected several notes in NOTE LIST should be able to define tag for all selected, delete all selected and so on.
Font size would be useful for those wanting to print their notes.
Options/[checkbox] Single click show/hide mainform from tray.

Some form of display default note list on tray click eg in Mynotes I may have several notes that would be displayed on tray mouseclick, as well as menu items.

I have also used Everpad, and apart from Everpad having the tray menu items list, Nixnote is far superior.
Thank you.

I'm not sure what you mean by font size. You can resize a note font if you want. You can even setup a default font & font size.

If you have the notes selected, you can drag them to a tag and the tags will be assigned to multiple notes at a time. It can be a little flaky because sometimes Jambi or Java doesn't seem to send the drag & drop signals. If it doesn't work try dragging left through the notebook list and then down to the tags. I've never found a reason why it behaves that way, but fortunately this seems to be more reliable in NixNote 2.

Removing multiple tags at once is something I plan on eventually adding to NixNote 2, but it most likely won't be in the first release. Adding notes to the tray menu is something that also will most likely be added to NixNote 2, but it will be a while down the road as well. There is too much basic functionality that needs to be added & debugged first.

There probably won't be many new features in the NixNote 1.x line. Most things will just be severe bug fixes since it is too time consuming to add & debug features to the 1.x line and develop the new NixNote 2 at the same time. Because they are in different languages they don't share any code so everything would need to be done twice.

I'm glad you enjoy NixNote! I've never used Everpad, but I've been meaning to try it. I've heard a lot of good things about it.
