I am also experiencing this failure. Note I create locally never gets syncd, and although the notebook structure syncs the notes themselves don't/

I too am receiving this error. I was having an issue where if I did sync it seemed to complete, if I went back to edit a note as soon as I hit any key NixNote crashed. It would restart ok.

I backed up, restarted with fresh install and tried to restore the backup and receive the errors as in the attachment.

Running on Ubuntu 14.04 x64 - I did clear out .nixnote

I'm getting a similar problem on Debian (running testing repos). The client tries to sync but just crashes.

There should be a new beta out in a few days. Try that one. If you still have an issue, reopen this ticket and turn the message level to "Debug" in nixnote. Attach the output to this issue.
