Description:
We need a simple optional account registration feature.

With the following fields:
- ID (sha1 of public key)
- NickName
- Source (eg. url of Identity document)
- Date registered
- Type (Identity, Asset, etc.)
- SHA1 of Identity Document (for locating from cache)

I suggest a simple update method with the above info.
