We need to test that the following is possible:

- Agent can Complete Exchange
- Agent can Cancel Exchange
- Owner can Cancel Exchange

and that the following FAILS:

- Owner can NOT Complete Exchange
- That a person who is not the owner nor the Agent can NOT Complete Exchange
- That a person who is not the owner nor the Agent can NOT Cancel Exchange
