Description:
Even though a Transaction may contain more than just 2 items, we need to be able to find the amount of a ledger transaction. This should be the sum of all the positive items in the transaction.

ie. if a transaction has 2 items (10, -10) the amount is 10.
if a transaction has 3 items (10,5,-15) the amount is 15.
