This has been implemented. Currently it simply shows the real and available balances as well as a link to the browser.

Similar to LedgerBrowserServlet, but displays summary information for an account.

Summary Information should be as follows:
- Amount of Transactions in Period
- Sum of Inward Cashflow in Period
- Sum of Outgoing Cashflow in Period
- Starting and end balances
