[Networkwatchman-developers] Goals for 0.4

Hi all,

Here are my goals for the 0.4 release planned for Dec 19.
- Control data-collectord from the web interface.
- Allow users to change their passwords.
- Add ability to monitor SNMP enabled routers.

If I have time, I also want to try to add the ability for users to convert
Placeholders to other Device types.
