[nwst-dev] can't boot kernel.1000

Hi thanks for replying. I downloaded kernel.1000 ( 2.4.21)  I get to
start booting, but then crashes w/ nkernel panic no init found. How do I
pass the necessary parameters to this kernel. I created a /NetstationV2/
direcory and it mounts that then craps out. Any ideas?
