[nwst-dev] new 2.4.21 patch + web upgrade

Hi!

I had forgotten to update the patch for 2.4.21 with the DPMS fix, I did so
today and also I removed the DPMS problem from the TODO things in the web
page.

I was wondering if there are any news, we seem to have stopped our
development lately. I'm really worried about the bug with the mouse not
allowing the machine to boot, Jochen, have you been able to replicate this
problem? Any sugestions?

We are now using Linux 2.4.21 here on the NS1000 for our everyday work and
so far no problems recorded, everything is smooth and stable.
