[nwst-dev] New patch and kernel, 2.4.21 + web page

Hi!

I have just made available through the file release system of our
sourceforge project a new patch, it is the 2.4.19-20030625 patch that Jochen
had publised but ported to 2.4.21. I have not ported the IDE patches as IDE
has changed a lot in 2.4.21 and the machine doesn't support it out of the
box.

This patch doesn't fix anything, it is only a port of what we had to 2.4.21.
We have been running it here for some days and it seems stable.

Also we have published some days ago a dirty page for the project, so that
if you now go to http://networkstation.sourceforce.net you'll be able to see
our marvelous NCs and click on some links there. Ideas or redesigns are
welcome.

I have also published at http://networksstation.aytolacoruna.es a binary
2.4.21 kernel and the config I used for compiling it. This config has much
fewer things than the ones I used before, as I have been working in removing
all the not necesary things out of it.
