I was gonna look to cyberfb in case there was no other info. I've also been
trying to get xfree 4.X cvs to run natively on this cards, but it seems that
Trio64V2 is not supported, I have written today to XFree devel list, let's
see what they tell me, I guess that as you are so close on the FB thing I'll
let that for you and center myself on native XFree support if I find some
info, and also on the sound issue.

Yep, sorry, it was only that we found the chips and bought them and I just
wanted to try them, but for what you say... you'll have to do this one alone
;-) it would really be great if we could do it from the kernel, as I don't
think many people would like to change the firmware to achieve this, anyway,
we have to center on the other things, wich are far more important than this
one.
