[Nettle-users] Patch for cross-compiling with gccsdk

As suggested in the discussion in June, I've separated the changes for
gccsdk from the changes for ssh using libssh2.

Here are the changes for cross-compiling with recent gccsdk, including a
new makefile (called GNUmakefile so that it doesn't conflict with the
current one).

If you'd like me to commit it, my sf username is bursa.
