In my brief tests, I've seen that it /does/ default to the
one in choices. If you've only made the change to the
option and haven't confirmed it with Set, then it isn't the
default yet and so won't have been copied across. I believe
that this is what Joseph was seeing.
Typical example of Joseph's report :
Choices from Iconbar
Select terminal type 'vt100'
Hotlist radio
New from pane
Terminal type appears as the default terminal type (NOT
vt100)
Contrast this with :
Choices from Iconbar
Select terminal type 'vt100'
Set with Adjust to keep window open.
Hotlist radio
New from pane
Terminal type appears as 'vt100' as this is the default
option.
If the desired behaviour is to take the current,
unconfirmed terminal type, then the code in c.hotlist
(create_blank) will need to read the state of the other
pane.
