[Netsurf-develop] File extensions

I uploaded some pictures to my website and by accident forgot
to give them .jpg extensions. They displayed perfectly in O2
and IE, but not with Netsurf, which displayed them as if text files.

I'm not expecting this to be addressed, as it was my own fault for
forgetting the file extensions. I just thought it might be worth
mentioning for posterity.
