It is possible that you're running it after you've got the LAN set up and TCP/IP implemented by another app. In that case, ANT will normally trash your TCP/IP settings in favour of those it wants to use. If you just use the ANT Suite you should have no problems at all. Failing that, there are ways of loading the Suite to retain an address set by another method.
