ifconfig no status display support

Was trying to figure out why config by hostname/mac
address wasnt working in .9pre3 ...
Ends up the getconfig cant get the mac
because "IFCONFIG was not compiled with status
display support"
Also, I see there is a logos directory. Is there a way to
use these? As boot screens maybe?

Fixed the ifconfig problem by recompiling busybox with that
option.. it was an extra 7k well spent.
Now my latest problem is getting any kind of local printer to
work. I realize rdesktop doesnt redirect, but I need just to be
able to send text to /dev/lp0 from the shell, and I can't seem
to get it to happen.
