The window for composing email is yucky, and
inconvenient for composing long messages.

In fact, I don't even like using an HTML-based form - the
command-keys don't work so well - you really should have 72
character line-length-limitation built in, there's no HTML
formatting (or even just RTF formatting would be nice)
