- Using a different server port for the gateway. Now the sample configuration is running smoothly without any exceptions

- Fixed some typos

Implemented some basic hotswap function for service jars. At the same time I added some managment console support. The service net.n0fx.netserve.service.jmx adds simple jconsole support to NetServe. At the moment it's a proof of concept.

I'm happy to announce the first public NetServe release.

Finally I managed it to import the NetServe core and a demo service to CVS.
