good to know. my trip was hectic, but, very productive. i met a lot of
Japanese application developers and kernel hackers :-)

not yet. I modified vif_*.c a bit. i think you can now safely work on
it. but, we would like to make several more changes. after that, we will
proceed to the testing/debuging.
