i checked out the linux sources and started reading.

i created netnice/linux/{sys,src,etc}.
sys - a patch to the kernel sources will be placed
src - applications which need to be modified for netnice such as sh,
inetd will be placed
etc - scripts which initialize netnice facility will be plased
