[Netnice-kernels] OpenBSD status

just a status update, on behalf of Fujita-kun.

Fujita-kun is finishing /proc. i hope that we release OpenBSD/Netnice alpha
by the end of the week.

i would be really happy if you post a short description of your status,
to the ML.
