ah... you're right, assuming that you're talking about our CVS/netnice.

actually, the makefile is in the .tgz package, because it is in my
local copy of the CVS module. i simply missed to add&commit it for several
months.

i know that the kernel patch for FB4.9 in the package has a minor mistake,
which is easy to fix. so, i'll try to take another snapshot...
