Primarilly aimed at NGSPICE, but more formats will follow.
The idea behind this is that a powerful netlister is really needed if an easy to use design environment based on NGSPICE can be created. There are lots of hooks for scripting, so many different netlists maybe created from a common circuit (for worst case analysis of parametric analysis for instance)
