#198 problem executing sql

When I run the install script (step3).

I get the error messages:

"Problem executing part of the generated sql.
Please try again.
%0Acreate%20table%20netjuke_artist%20..."

If a run the sql dump music.sql I have no problem with
the sql syntax.
What to do???
