#2 Use cookie file, not cookie

I didn't quite know what to do when I first got the
Settings dialog. Anyway, a cookie is something a user
should never have to see.

I think it would be better to change the Set Cookie
text field to Cookie File and rename the Find Cookie
button to Browse. This would also have the advantage
that if the cookie changed, you'd be in a better
position to pick it up.

Also, since the cookie is required, disable the OK
button until a valid file is entered.
