I have not heard of this problem before, but it sounds similar to some posts on the list previously related to bulkwalk. The "Port 64 has no bp_index mapping. Skipping" is being caused by the device not having a port in the database with the index 64. Please check the device in question by using the web interface in device view and showing all ports. Do you have a port 1.1? The index 64 with no mapping reported should be 1.1. If you do not have a port 1.1, refresh the device and see if it shows up. Also, if you have bulkwalk enabled turn it off. Depending on the version of SNMP::Info you are using you may not be able to turn off bulkwalk properly. If that is the case, delete the device and force the SNMP version to 1 in the config file and rediscover. Once the device is in the database it will cache the SNMP version to use. If ports are not showing up properly after either of these, please send me the output of "netdisco -d router_ip -D".
