The long awaited 1.0 release is finally here! 

New Features
  Installer:
    * RPM install for most Linux distributions
    * Apt-GET for Debian
    * Ports for BSD
    * InstallShield for Windows

  Layer 2 Management:
    * Full Utilization graphing package to replace MRTG/Cricket
    * Full integration with OpenNMS
    * VLAN Management for ports including "purgatory VLANs"
    * Management of all proprietary technologies including PortChannel
    * New wireless LAN switch capabilities to perform automated RF channel
      mapping, interference mitigation, and load-balancing

  Layer 1 Management:
    * New cable plant management system that automatically discovers your
      layer-1 topology using LIDAR.
    * Contact Management with support for self-management by organizational
      departments.

  SNMP-Info:
    * New support for all Belkin, D-LINK, and SMC products
    * Fast vendor-independent layer-two topology discovery algorithm.
