Solved the issue: SNMP queries were timing out. I increased the timeout then data was populated.

All three 1810G switches are on the same physical LAN as the netdisco box. I think these switches are just too slow to meet the default 1-second SNMP timeout. They seemed to slow down a bit more after I upgraded their firmware to P.1.17.
