It probably basically works already; what you'll miss is identification of the model type (other than probably hpEtherSwitch.103 or thereabouts) in the Inventory. But it's a good question, where do you get the MIBs from now? There's a page here: http://h17007.www1.hp.com/us/en/support/software/misc.aspx but it reckons the Networking Switch MIBs were updated Oct2009, which isn't very recent. Maybe it is lying. The UPGRADE file in the snmp-info mibs distribution says: 1. Get new MIBs from HP From: http://www.hp.com/rnd/software/MIBs.htm ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/networking/software The http site redirects to something generic now. The ftp site is still there, stuffed with things, including MIBs, but you probably need a good idea of what you're looking for in there. Anyone got a clearer idea?
