Dear all, This post relates to management of the source code for Netdisco and SNMP::Info. If you're not interested, feel free to delete this message. I'm pleased to announce that the Netdisco and SNMP::Info projects have migrated their source code from SourceForge's "CVS" repository to new "git" repositories. This means that if you wish to contribute a fix or patch to either project, you'll need a git client to retrieve and work on the source code. Patches should still be submitted in the same way as before, as file attachments using the SourceForge project web pages. If you're new to git, or SourceForge's git repositories, I've written a brief document describing the essential steps for a developer or contributor. This is also useful if you just want the very latest versions for running on your local installation: https://sites.google.com/site/gorwits/home/netdisco-git If you have any feedback or questions about the migration, please contact the developers either on the #netdisco IRC channel at irc.freenode.net or the <net...@li...> mail list. regards, oliver. |
