Well, I'd expect the HP and H3C switches to see each other and both of those to see the Cat3560's, but I'm not sure whether the Cat3560's will show LLDP neighbors in Netdisco. Some Catalyst switches support LLDP (sending & receiving packets, ability to show neighbors on CLI) but don't implement the LLDP-MIB; in that case, Netdisco can't get the info about LLDP neighbors. If the discovery process starts at a Cisco (or hits a Cisco) with HP or H3C switches behind it, it will not find them when the Cisco only returns CDP neighbors but not LLDP neighbors via SNMP.
