[Netdisco] best way to migrate

i m running netdisco 0.95 on a old machine and i would like to move it 
to a newer one running netdisco 1.0
what is the best way to do the migration

i have installed the 1.0 version on my new machine
i have backuped the old database but i don't find a way to import the 
old database in the new one.

when i run the import

i got the following message

/usr/share/netdisco/sql/pg db_back-20110411.sql

psql:db_back-20110411.sql:157267: ERROR:  duplicate key violates unique 
constraint "users_pkey"
