It appears the CVS is locked down for me and when I browse the below mentioned version is not there.

Any ideas when it will make a return appearance?

Ken,

You did the login and checkout, but you may need to do an update.    Go 
back in that directory and try 'cvs update' and see if it pulls down newer results.
