Well... netdisco will pick up whatever the device reports to be the PVID, and it will refresh this info upon a discover/refresh of the device. I assume the reported PVID is the one configured by the access vlan statement when the port is configured as an access port, and maybe the native vlan when configured in trunk mode. It'll be a challenge to correctly show more complex VLAN configurations in Netdisco... PVLAN would be one, 802.1x based VLAN assignments another, perhaps there are other special cases.
