Twopi and neato are both in the vm, however, its not in the location that netdisco is looking for. By default, twopi and neato are both installed into /usr/local/bin and netdisco is running from a user that's shell doesn't include that directory in it's path. As a work around, I've asked Rick to put in two symbolic links as a quick fix. To resolve the VM appliance for others, what's the best way to fix this? I'm not sure which user is actually running these commands when running from the webpage and where/how to adjust the path for such. I'm guessing it is the owner of apache, which in a default freebsd install is www, which has no shell. Thoughts or ideas?
