#4 Provide CR -> CRLF translation

Some strict daemons insist that EOL is CRLF rather than
simply CR.

Netcat should provide a mode which allows a user on a
tty to type in the protocol and netcat can do the CR->CRLF
translation for the user.

This would be neato (tm).

upcoming development branch.
