 http://www.openslp.org/, the code appears to be written by Caldera and
has a 'BSD Style'
licence.

 There is also a http://www.srvloc.org/ who appear to be sponsored by
the ITEF, but their reference code (by Sun Micro) systems to have a more
commercial licence and as such may not be able to be used in NetAtalk.
The source is open but the licence doesn't appear to be.
