[Netatalk-admins] Roadmap for 3.2.0

Hi!

I created a Github project for a tentative netatalk 3.2.0 release ... https://github.com/orgs/Netatalk/projects/8/views/1

My current thinking for 3.2.0 is:

- Restore the functionality of the DHX UAM ([OpenSSL 3.0 broke it](https://github.com/openssl/openssl/issues/22158))
- Graceful deprecation of less valuable features (Quota, less used CNID backends...)
- Remove bundled talloc
- Code quality / maintainability
- Sonar quality gates

Thoughts?
