The Netatalk Webmin Module was written in 2000 (as you may notice by the date stamps), and is completely unmaintained. After an initial write and code dump, there was only minimal interest in it. The code is still there for anyone who wants to play with it. I doubt it would take much to get it working, as the hard parts are already done and their job largely unchanged, just the Webmin bits- specifically per-OS stuff.
