Category: None Group: backport-needed >Status: Closed Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Bart Van Assche (bvassche) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Bug fix for read_config_read_octet_string() Initial Comment: read_config_read_octet_string() is able to allocate the memory in which its result will be stored but does not properly terminate this string. The attached patch fixes this. Found this via BoundsChecker -- this tool reported a past-end-of-buffer access while parsing USM data. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Bart Van Assche (bvassche) Date: 2009-12-21 13:01 Message: Committed as r17926. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=312694&aid=2912062&group_id=12694 |
