Inactive memory is arguably a form of cache memory, so it should probably be included in the count for memCached.0. See http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/faq/admin.html#TOP-MEMORY-STATES for additional information. The attached patch appears to correct this problem. I've tested it against Net-SNMP v5.3.2 (specifically, the FreeBSD ports tree version net-snmp-5.3.2_1).
