#11 snmpconf should be more consistent and flexible

snmpconf uses 1/0 for true/false on some (basic_setup) questions, y/n for others, and 1/2 for still others. These should consistently be yes/no or y/n.

When the user has started configuring a set of options, such as v3 rocommunity, there should either be a way to abort configuration of this line but continue snmpconf at the prompt to configure another entry, or a confirmation when finishing the sub-configuration to accept the last few lines of config, so users can correct or delete bogus entries.

    I agree completely that snmpconf is only a "beginning". I
    whipped it out to at least help people go forward but
    haven't had the time to finish entirely yet. I'm moving
    this from bugs to feature requests, as that's really what
    it is.
