I did not quite understand the question. Do you mean peak current at each sweep?
In the first case, if peaks coincide in time at all sweeps, you can select for averaging a very short interval of time around the peak, which will effectively give you the peak current.
If they are different in time, I am afraid, that the only possibility for now is to measure peak currents manually, and manually fill in the IV table.
