There is makemake.sh and makemake_gui.sh file in the directory. You would use the gui one then.

The node configuration is done with ned files in omnet++.

Look at tictoc1.ned in the directory.

At the end of the simulation, a file with sca extension is created in the same directory. This is coming from omnet++. Read more about omnet++ scalar files. I have some hooks in tx1.cc that shows the number of frames transmitted. You will have to read some manual and vode for examples.
