#100 Equals method in CriteriaQuery

It would be nice to have a way to compare objects using their equals method (in java) in CriteriaQuery.
I propose to add to CriteriaQuery api method:

public static ICriterion equalNative(String attributeName,Object value);

which will use equals method to compare objects insted of comparing objects' OIDs.

Of course the method name is just a proposal. Propably the better one can be used.

P.S. I suggest to add to documentation short description how equals for objects in CriteriaQuery works.
