Please find the attached test case and proposed fix.

I wonder what exactly is meant by the Element flags (INLINE, BLOCK, EMPTY, CONTAINER, SPECIAL), appreciate if you can add more detailed javadoc.

Never seen. I had to remove them to be able to apply the patch with
Subclipse.

I can't really say anything special on the Element flags. I have the
feeling that these flags don't fully fulfil their needs, but I'm not really
sure.
