#179 nedit.org still referenced in far, help, etc files

The following files all still reference nedit.org, a site that now has nothing to do with this editor:

./doc/setext-info.txt
./makefiles/Makefile.generic

This is should really be a bug. And, yeah, they need to be fixed, probably just point to nedit project page on SF
