Nedit config supporting PerlBestPractices (bk,Damian Conway)

It would be infinitely convenient to have an Nedit configuration file supporting the relevant layout recommendations from Damian Conway's book "Perl Best Practices".

From this book:
"Keep in mind that configuration files are one of the few components of your system that are directly read by end-users, so they need to be simple. They're also one of the few components of your system that are directly written by end-users. So they need to be even simpler."
Please notice that this doesn't really apply to nedit, because the configuration file .nedit, now called nedit.rc, is not intended to be read or to be written by the user. Its only a storage place for settings the user can (and should) change in the menus.
Perhaps nedit needs a better configuration mechanism overall, but better don't try to edit nedit.rc directly - it's very likely you make mistakes. Moreover it's useless, since those settings are all menu settable and the file is overwritten by nedit.
